Weekly Weigh In...

Guess what????

I am down...2.2 lbs! Woot! I lost the 5 plus a little extra. I got yelled at by wwo again tho...this is what they said

For .2 lbs I got a lecture. Oh well. I am just happy I did it. Woot!

Screw them, you are doing awesome! Sometimes I think the WW messages are a bit unencouraging and not as helpful as they THINK they are being. Keep doing what you are doing and just listen to your body :)
