Weekly Weigh In...

The results are in and I am...DOWN 1.6 lbs! Yeah!!!!

I was slightly surprised as I ate over even my flex points this week, but again, kept it pretty darned healthy. The only think I think it could be is I walked 3x's for about 30 minutes. Got to love the exercise.

DH and I actually took the kids to the mall to walk on Saturday b/c the wind was so bad.That was nice. Sort of. Ds is 2 1/2 and he thinks he needs to walk too...except his walking includes lots of talking and touching things.
We took the kids to the park yesterday, and walked there and back. It was nice. About a 10 minute walk uphill and 10 back downhill. The kids had a blast!

Hey thanks for checking on me. Its been hard sticking with this WW thing and I only half heartly been doing it til last week!
I think as we get into spring more people will get " back on the wagon". Your doing great girl!! Keep up the good work. I have got to get back to exercising too!!
