Good news, bad news...

Good news...I am up to 16 minutes of consecutive running, well, jogging. But it is not to shabby if I do say so.
Bad news...I am up 8...Yep, 8 lbs. Ugggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!! A big cyber scream for you all.

Part of it is because of TOM. I had a mishap with my pills and had to start all over and it is one of the old kind with horrible cramps and all. Oh well. But the rest is my eating habits. I do really well until about 8 pm and then I can't stop eating. What is that all about?

The good news is that I exercised thru it all.

Got to go. More about the bad habits later.

Nawww I think I still have you beat if you count the quick step on the scale the following evening remember it said I was up 10 POUNDS????? WTF!! errrr..

Least your exercising and I am sure thats not fat but water due to your pills!!

If you start watching tv and that causes you to think about getting a snack, try having little tasks to do while watching tv. Things to keep your hands occupied...paying bills, sorting papers, etc.
Or try going to bed earlier :-)

Get back up there and climb this weight loss mountain. Don't wait until January to come back. You can do this! You ARE awesome!
