Sorry that you didn't have a great week but just remember to hang in there. Every meal is a new start so even when we slip up we have the ability to pick up where we left off and start over. You are in ONEderland so you know you can do this!! Hang in there - I and my HUGE belly are cheering for you!! :)

Don't give up! You're doing so well. It's always really hard to turn the tide. But just say I messed up, it's over, and now I am moving on. Not starting over (saying that drains me) just moving on in the right direction. That's what I say to myself when I have a lack of will power to do something...like the studying I am supposed to be doing right now. Which I will do... after I fold my laundry.
